There was no surprise when 15th ranked DutchFeyenoord (5-9) lost to fifth ranked Belgian Kangoeroes (10-5) in Mechelen 93-100 on Saturday. Mechelen outrebounded Feyenoord 35-24 including 25 on the defensive glass. American players dominated the game. The winners were led by forward Aundre Hyatt (198-2000, college: Rutgers) who scored that evening 33 points (!!!) and 9 rebounds and center Brayden Parker (203-2002, college: Idaho St.) supported him with 18 points and 11 rebounds. Even 21 points and 5 rebounds by forward Isaiah Powell (198-1999, college: Vermont) did not help to save the game for Feyenoord . Guard Noah Cameron (190-1997, college: Wesley) added 16 points and 7 assists (made all of his nine free throws !!!) for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Kangoeroes have a solid four-game winning streak. Mechelen moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Brussels. Feyenoord lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth position with nine games lost.
